The Baby Eagle III is an upgraded version of the Baby Desert Eagle, made by BUL Ltd in Israel. One of the big changes is the barrel - the new Baby Eagle uses a rifled pistol barrel (not a polygonal barrel) which widens the range of ammo that can be used. The barrel is 120mm as per Australian requirements.
